Focused and Fulfilling Practice
Your role will include:

• Outpatient consults, follow-up visits, and pre-/post-op assessments

• Moderate sedation during procedures and vital sign monitoring per protocol

• Managing day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow

• Medication oversight, including controlled substances and narcotic counts

• Supporting clinical inventory, crash cart readiness, and AED checks

• Leading and mentoring nursing staff and MAs

• Ensuring protocol compliance and quality performance

• Participating in department planning and improvement initiatives
