At Koala Insulation of Greater Knoxville, we are looking for a driven outgoing individual to sell insulation projects in the Knoxville and the surrounding market. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn a proven sales method and will work with customers to sell the insulation services that best fit their needs. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $40,000 per year plus commission. Potential to make $80,000+. After 3 months a company car could be provided.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Leads are preset, calling on customers who have asked for our service

2. Lead generation and data input into CRM.

3. Travels to residential, commercial, and government sites within the territory to complete the estimation process for our insulation services.

4. Use printed materials, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

5. Networking to build contractor relationships within territory.

6. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

4. Willingness to learn the insulation industry

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prior Consultative Sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawlspaces.
• Must be able to access and navigate the jobsite.
• Jobsite environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
