We are looking for HVAC Techs and Leads to join our team!

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The role is located in Greensboro, NC. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to EPA standards and regulations.

Scope: gas heat, boilers, chillers, dx, cooling towers, epa, refrigeration, service technician, heat pumps, air rotation

Responsibilities:

• PM, Installation, and Repair of NG furnaces, boilers, chillers, dx, cooling towers, refrigeration, heat pumps, air rotation.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Lead HVAC Technician: 10 Years or More Experience in Installation or Service. Up to $50 per hour 
• HVAC Technician: 5 years experience or more up to $37 per hour
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Basic hand tools and equipment
