Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance and must possess a valid driver’s license. This role involves working outdoors and performing a variety of lawn care tasks to ensure our clients' properties are well-maintained and attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

• Assist with seasonal clean-ups, mulching, and planting as needed

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively

• Follow direction from crew leaders to complete tasks efficiently and to standard

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, as required

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with coworkers, clients and pedestrians.

Winter Responsibilities (Seasonal):

• Perform snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, and/or plow trucks

• Apply salt or de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and other surfaces

• Remain on-call during snow events, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed

• Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating snow removal equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• At least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-10 Hour days

• Saturdays may be scheduled as make-up days or for overtime

• Flexible availability is required during winter for snow events
