GreyPoint Ventures is seeking a high-energy, highly accountable General Manager to lead our Subway store in Studio City, CA. About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, training, food safety, guest satisfaction, P&L management, and local marketing. You’ll lead a team of up to 6–8 part-time employees and report directly to the CEO, the franchise owner. You’ll also complete Subway’s required University of Subway® training and be supported through hands-on onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals
• Recruit, hire, and coach a team of part-time team members
• Deliver consistently outstanding customer service and food quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Analyze P&L and daily reports to drive business performance
• Ensure full compliance with Subway®, local, and state food safety standards
• Execute local marketing plans and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating work environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in QSR, fast casual, or retail management (Subway or sandwich shop experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, ordering, and basic P&L management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for hospitality and creating a positive culture
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts

Training & Development

• Completion of University of Subway® (provided upon hire)
• Ongoing training and mentorship from senior leadership
