Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.

***This position is for the 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 12 00am Monday-Friday. Please do not apply if you do not have experience***

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective team management and productivity.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Train new employees on materials handling, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment, including forklifts, to ensure proper functioning.

Requirements

• Shipping and Receiving
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and materials handling techniques.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with forklift operation is preferred; certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
