We are a dedicated and compassionate home care agency, committed to providing the highest quality of care for our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic, qualified individual to join our team as the Human Resources Supervisor . In this leadership role, you will play a key part in managing employee relations, retention, orientation, training, policies and procedures updates, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring smooth HR operations that align with Department of Health (DOH) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management: Lead and direct all HR activities, ensuring fair, equitable treatment of employees and compliance with legal regulations and DOH policies.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Oversee recruitment efforts and develop retention strategies to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce, ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times.
  • Employee Records Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of personnel records for all field staff.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate in-service training programs in compliance with DOH regulations, ensuring continuous employee development.
  • Compliance Oversight: Supervise the Medical, Employment Eligibility, and Criminal History Record Check programs, ensuring all field staff meet regulatory standards.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct random and scheduled audits to ensure compliance with DOH regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned to support overall agency operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in healthcare or home care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) regulations and HR compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in recruitment, retention, training, and employee relations.
  • Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in Home Care Human Resources.
