Job Description

Title: Marketing and New Business Development Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
Salary: $120K-150K (DOE) plus benefit
Type: Full Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid

Qualifications:

Previous account or marketing management experience from telecommunication, semiconductor or new business development field.
Knowledge of AI and Photonics-Electronics Convergence Technology is preferable.
English/Japanese bilingual skills. Previous working experience with Japanese business is a plus.
Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description:

Research, Identify and establish contact with potential clients in the semiconductor industrial markets.
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with management in Japan to recommend targeted marketing strategies based on technological or commercial needs to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Marketing activity in Optics-Electromagnetics area.
