What We Offer:

• Hourly pay starting at $15.00, with potential to earn up to $25.00+ per hour based on performance and experience

• Weekly pay, with top earners making up to $800 per week

• Daytime, weekday schedule (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday)

• All supplies provided

• Annual bonuses and additional performance incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and all living areas

• Handle waste removal and proper disposal of trash

• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers

• Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients

• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Ideal Candidates:

• Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with clients

• Take pride in detailed, high-quality work

• Are reliable, eager to learn, and able to perform physical cleaning tasks

• Have reliable transportation

• Are available to work weekdays during the day

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass a background check

• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (mopping, vacuuming, lifting, etc.)
