Howard Law Group is a boutique business in Boca Raton, FL 33431. We are customer-centric and supportive. The law firm has been open since 2009 with a focus on creditor, default legal work. We have grown recently which caused the need for additional staff.

Our boutique law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced, self-motivated and personable real estate attorney to work on First Legal and Uncontested Foreclosures. Candidate must possess a Florida Bar License and have minimum 3-5 years of First Legal experience. Candidate will be responsible for working uncontested cases including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials. Experience in foreclosure sales and evictions is a plus. Compensation depends on experience. Please submit a resume and include your salary requirements.
