Location: New York, NY

Duration: 4+ months, with potential to convert to full time

Pay rate: $25.00-27.00/hr on w2

Summary:

This role at the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm involves overseeing facility operations, ensuring white-glove service, and managing work orders for a high-profile client. The ideal candidate will conduct site inspections, log maintenance requests, and maintain professional standards in a formal office environment. This is a 4-month contract with the potential to convert to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the client’s proprietary ticketing system for maintenance requests.
• Conduct weekly floor inspections across a 500,000-square-foot facility to identify and report issues.
• Coordinate with tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) to ensure timely resolution of work orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance in business attire and adhere to high-service standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in facilities, property management, or a formal office/hotel environment.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software systems.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients and vendors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no startup experience preferred.
