About Us 

We are a wholesale and retail distributor of premium natural stone, quartz, and porcelain slabs serving both residential and commercial markets. With a spacious showroom and warehouse in Ocala, FL, we cater to fabricators, contractors, designers, and homeowners across the region. We are looking for a motivated and experienced On-Premises Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth. 

Position Summary 

The On-Premises Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving showroom and warehouse sales, managing client relationships, and helping customers select the right stone, quartz, or porcelain materials for their projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in selling slabs or building materials and must be comfortable working in a warehouse and showroom environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, fabricators, and designers visiting the warehouse or showroom 

• Maintain deep product knowledge across natural stone, quartz, and porcelain slab offerings 

• Guide customers through product selection based on their project needs and design preferences 

• Generate quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively 

• Build long-term relationships with contractors, fabricators, and other B2B customers 

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for material handling and slab inspections 

• Provide exceptional customer service from initial visit through post-sale support 

• Monitor inventory availability and communicate lead times or alternatives 

• Stay informed on market trends, new product lines, and competitors 

• Support in organizing product displays and maintaining a clean, professional showroom environment 

Requirements 

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in slab sales, tile sales, or construction material sales (retail or wholesale) 

• Strong knowledge of quartz, natural stone (granite, marble, etc.), and porcelain materials 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Proven ability to close sales and manage client accounts 

• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 

• Basic computer skills (CRM, POS, inventory systems)
