Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team specializing in fence and deck solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best outdoor living solutions for their homes or businesses and will be earning a commission based pay. Starting 10% upwards to 15% of  the subtotal of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess their needs for fences and decks.

• Provide expert product knowledge, material options, and design ideas.

• Prepare and deliver quotes, estimates, and proposals in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and maintain client relationships.

• Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure accurate project execution.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and industry trends.

• Attend trade shows, home shows, and other promotional events as needed.

• Use CRM software to track leads, sales activity, and customer information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (construction, home improvement, or outdoor products preferred).

• Knowledge of fencing and decking materials (wood, vinyl, composite, metal, etc.) is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to read site plans or blueprints is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
