Forklift Technician – Full-Time

We’re Hiring!
Join our team as a Forklift Technician and help keep our fleet and our customers’ operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a mechanically inclined professional with experience in diagnosing and repairing forklifts and material handling equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electric forklifts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic software and tools to identify issues and complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with site managers.

Tools & Equipment Used:

• Diagnostic software
• Multimeters, battery testers, hydraulic pressure gauges
• Hand and power tools (impact wrenches, torque wrenches, drills, grinders)
• Lifting equipment (floor jacks, hoists, forklift attachments)
• Welding and fabrication tools (MIG/TIG optional)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a forklift technician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to be self-managed and maintain productivity.
