Farmers Insurance District 11 is offering a unique opportunity through our Insurance Apprentice program a structured path designed to develop future agency owners. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship, hands-on training, and the support of an experienced district team, all while working towards owning an agency of your own.

Your Role:

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and product recommendations to new and existing clients

• Ensure all practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance standards

• Build your pipeline through lead follow-up, networking, and marketing strategies

• Help clients find solutions that meet their personal and financial needs

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Active or willing to obtain insurance licenses

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
