 Location: Algona, WA
Schedule:  Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $20–$21 per hour
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Dress code: Business Casual

 Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails
• Schedule service appointments and follow-ups with accuracy
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments, send invoices, and assist with general office tasks
• Maintain detailed customer records in internal systems

 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Clear, professional communication and strong organizational skills
• Comfort using scheduling software, email, and office systems
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance
