Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

· Follow up on A/R Reports

· Connects with facility for confirming receipt of invoice.

· Establishes task reminders for follow-up on outstanding invoices.

· Creates contacts and establishes relationships with adjusters, firms, or carrier providers.

Qualifications:

· Competency with QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, Microsoft software preferred.

· Attention to Detail

· Good listening and communication skills

· Data Entry Skills

· High School Diploma or GED with some college accounting credits.

· Associates or related field preferred.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as general office procedures.

· Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and data.

· Excellent Computer Skills
