Our Next Customer Service & Sales Representative: What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a direct representative of Verizon, handling customer inquiries, sales processes, and troubleshooting with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on Verizon’s wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and promotions
• Assist customers with billing questions, service issues, account management, and product recommendations
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs and usage
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals and ensure high customer satisfaction
