Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing on site commercial flooring installations

• Inspection of in process and final walk through

• Work with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Communicate with team members and coordinate job tasks

• Ensure jobs stay on task and in budget – solve problems as needed

• Update Administrative Team members to update orders and notes regarding jobs

• Compensation is 65k-75k – after 90 days 2% commission on commercial projects sold, managed, and closed independently and trained to proficiency.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:

· General knowledge of flooring 2-4 years minimum

· 2-4 years in a project management position

· Good Communication skills

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a must

· Clean driving record
