We specialize in creating high-quality pet products, and as we scale, we’re looking for a driven, experienced Manufacturing/Warehouse/Fulfillment Manager to help streamline our operations. Position Overview

As the Manufacturing/Warehouse/Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee the entire manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfillment processes. You’ll manage a team, ensure timely production and fulfillment, maintain inventory, and improve operational efficiency. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Set goals, track performance, and hold employees accountable. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure a productive, efficient team.

• Manufacturing Operations: Oversee daily production, ensuring products are made on time and meet quality standards. Troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Warehouse & Fulfillment: Manage inventory, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Purchasing & Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors to purchase materials, track inventory, and manage stock levels to meet production demands.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all manufacturing and warehouse equipment is regularly serviced and in good working condition.

• Reporting: Track key performance metrics (production output, shipping accuracy, etc.) and report to the owners/partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment management.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams.
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for improving processes.
• Experience with inventory management systems and quality control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
