Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lewisburg, TN 37091

Pay: $17.00/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Short Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will handle high volumes of inbound calls, assist distributors with product support, order information, and claims processing, and enter transactional data accurately into internal systems. This Tier 1 role serves as the first point of contact, triaging customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex requests to Tier 2. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
