Job Title: Account Manager – Client Success Specialist
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Hours & Schedule: Monday - Friday (Start time: 7:00 AM PT)
Salary / Hourly Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 / year

Snapshot of the Position / Day in the Life:
The Account Manager / Client Success Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the client experience and ensuring the success of our partnerships.
You will manage the post-sale journey of each client, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
The role is a balance of light project management, relationship building, and client support—all centered around creating excellent outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to client emails, texts, calls within defined SLAs
Conduct routine client check-ins (via email or call)
Track and manage all client concerns in Airtable; partner with the Placement Manager for resolution
Manage detailed task lists including due dates, ownership, and daily follow-up
Conduct a daily end-of-day (EOD) sync with the Placement Manager to review wins, issues, and priorities
Support the onboarding of clients
Monitor candidate offers and escalate issues to maintain hiring timelines
Coordinate with Finance to verify placement hours and resolve payroll discrepancies
Send resumes and interview reminders to clients as needed
Review Airtable tasks weekly for accuracy, due dates, and next steps
Analyze client KPIs (churn risk, NPS, upsell potential) and prepare reports for leadership
Propose process improvements and pilot service delivery enhancements
Encourage client testimonials and referral generation at key milestones
Experience Requirements:
3+ years experience in account management, client success, or project coordination (staffing or SaaS a plus)
Strong technical skills using CRMs, Project Management Software, and other tools as needed
Familiarity with Payroll & Employee Management
Strong references from your previous employers attesting to your reliability & expertise
Excellent organizational abilities—comfortable managing multiple accounts and complex task flows
Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and an eye for process improvement
Comfortable in a distributed team, adaptable to change, and eager to learn
Home-Run Experience (Not Required):
Experience working for BPO/Offshore organization
Experience with Airtable
Experience with Go High Level CRM
Experience with sole responsibility for processing payroll and managing employee schedules
