Job Title: Machine Operator
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of consumer-packaged goods, specifically beverage or hydration products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packaging machinery according to established safety and quality standards

• Set up machines at the beginning of shift for proper operation and calibration

• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality and consistency

• Conduct routine maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns

• Maintain accurate production records and follow all documentation procedures

• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process

• Clean and sanitize machines and work area per company guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed

• Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
