We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Customer Orders
- Vendor invoices
- Material and parts receipts
- Customer payments
- Purchasing
- Track inventory of materials and supplies
- Create purchase orders for parts and materials
- Shipping and invoicing
- Create shipping labels
- Invoice customers
- Obtain shipping quotes
- Answer and route inbound telephone calls
- Maintain filing systems for POs, invoices, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus, but will provide training in as needed for the right candidate
