Schedule appointments for service and treatment of pests and termites in residential and commercial customers' homes, businesses and property.  

Perform clerical duties through cross training in various departments - posting, filing, data entry in spreadsheets and database, accounts receivable, accounts payable,

Requirements:

Good communication & customer relations and telephone etiquette

Good interpersonal skills in working with other employees

Scheduling appointments aligning with Technician's daily schedule

Posting detailed customer notes on incoming and outgoing calls to customers

Time management - ability to handle detail
