Roadside Technician Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join our team at Taedos Roadside in Fredrick MD and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to stranded motorists, performing a variety of services, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Company: Taedos Roadside, a trusted provider of essential roadside assistance services, including jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls for roadside assistance, including jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries.
• Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed, utilizing your own vehicle and tools.
• Travel to customer locations in a timely manner, maintaining excellent communication with customers and dispatchers.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services rendered and any necessary follow-up.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in tire repair or a similar mechanical role.
• Valid driver's license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform roadside repairs independently.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and handle stressful situations in a customer-focused environment.
• Access to your own vehicle and tools for service calls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required for tire repairs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn $1,000 - $2,500 weekly, based on experience and performance.
