Part-Time Baker – Cinnies (Palms, Los Angeles)
Approx. 15 hours/week | Early mornings | Room to grow

Cinnies is a small-batch cinnamon roll company based in Los Angeles, and we’re looking for a part-time baker to join our team in Palms. This role includes one weekly prep shift and two production shifts, totaling around 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow into additional hours as we expand.

Schedule:

• Tuesday: Afternoon/Evening prep shift

• Wednesday: Early morning production shift (start time between 3:00–4:00am)

• Sunday: Early morning production shift (start time between 3:00–4:00am)

Responsibilities:

• Mix, roll, cut, proof, bake, and finish cinnamon rolls from scratch

• Work with butter-based enriched doughs and follow established recipes and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized prep and production space

• Follow kitchen SOPs and execute tasks independently and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of pastry or bakery experience

• Direct experience making cinnamon rolls from scratch is required

• Must be comfortable with early morning shifts

• Reliable transportation to and from our kitchen in Palms

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
