Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services and are looking to advance their careers in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and patios.

• Lead your assistant technician, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage job sites, including setup and breakdown of equipment, and ensure timely completion of projects.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $52,000 per year.

• Performance-Based Pay Structure: Opportunities to earn over $65,000 within the first year, based on individual and team performance. Uncapped commissions on jobs sold.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pressure washing or a related field such as landscaping, pest control, tree work, and roofing

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service 

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Zero tolerance for smoking inside company vehicles, on job sites, or on company property
