We are a boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice and are looking for a qualified, reliable and experienced paralegal/legal assistant to work with one of the firm’s partners. 5 years minimum experience. Bilingual a PLUS. This is not a remote position. You will assist him in the daily activities which includes the following:

• Request and obtain medical records;
• Prepare correspondence;
• Prepare and eFile pleadings in state and federal courts;
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, meetings, etc.;
• Organize and maintain file;
• Maintain attorney’s calendar;
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and Zoom;
• Answer and screen incoming calls; and
