Accent Staffing is seeking a hands-on Counter Sales & Service Technician to join the Sandblasting & Equipment Department in Tulsa. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for customers seeking sandblasting parts, tools, and support. This role blends technical know-how and customer service, as you assist walk-in and call-in customers, recommend the right products, perform light mechanical repairs, operate a forklift to manage freight, and occasionally deliver equipment to local clients. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and face-to-face interaction—this one's for you!

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is required, ideally in industrial equipment or parts

• Excellent communication and people skills for both phone and in-person sales

• Forklift experience for freight handling (must-have)

• Basic mechanical knowledge to perform light equipment repairs

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for occasional deliveries

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
