About the Role

ARW is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Retention Representative to join our high-performing Tiger Team. This is a fast-paced, performance-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, problem-solving, and engaging with customers. You will be responsible for retaining customers, upselling products, and resolving account issues—all while earning competitive pay and uncapped commissions.

Compensation and Benefits

$18/hour base pay
Aggressive, uncapped commission structure + bonuses + daily/weekly spiffs
Average earnings of $60,000/year
Base pay + commissions paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with existing customers by phone to retain and upsell services
Collect payments on past-due accounts
Educate customers on the benefits of their home warranty and additional product offerings
Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Make a minimum of 120 inbound/outbound calls daily
Accurately update customer records in CRM (Salesforce)
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Contribute positively to team morale and company success

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confidence in handling objections and negotiating solutions
High attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must type 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy
Must pass a background check and qualify for a Florida Telemarketing License
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Full-time availability required; schedules may include rotating Saturdays in the future.
