We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This position involves working on high-voltage electrical systems in various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will perform electrical installations, alterations, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision and may also lead a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work with a crew, providing guidance to apprentices and helpers.
• Install, modify, and repair electrical systems, conductors, and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, controls, circuits, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure efficient project execution.
• Perform rigging and set up for electrical operations.
• Apply fundamental electrical theory in practical work scenarios.
• Demonstrate proficiency in skills required for lower-level electrical roles (E5, E4, E3, E2, E1).

Position Requirements:

• Licenses:

  • Current Journeyman Electrician License - Preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (job sites may not be accessible via public transit)

• Education:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent training

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, with expertise in high-voltage systems

This position requires travel to various project sites, including locations such as New York. Candidates should be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
