Your Mission:

• Train new agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and virtual tools

• Coach individuals and teams to meet or exceed performance targets

• Conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions via Zoom

• Monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable feedback

• Lead by example—set the tone for excellence in sales and client care

• Collaborate with leadership to refine onboarding and development systems
