We are seeking a Sales Specialist (Real Estate Media Services) to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Location: DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) – Hybrid/Remote options available

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a personable, driven Sales Specialist to help grow our client base and expand our presence in the DMV area and beyond. You’ll be the face of Envision Media to real estate agents, brokerages, and property managers—listening to their needs, understanding their pain points, and matching them with our media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients in the real estate industry (agents, brokerages, property managers, team leaders, etc.)
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
• Present and explain our suite of media services and custom bundles, addressing client needs and objections
• Close new business and upsell additional services to existing clients
• Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools (experience with Stripe or Aryeo a plus)
• Gather and relay client feedback to help improve our services
• Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to support campaigns and promotions

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, photography, media, or related fields
• Excellent communication and listening skills—you genuinely care about understanding client needs
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection

• Personable, trustworthy, and focused on building long-term relationships
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Familiarity with the DMV real estate market is a plus
