Job Description: As a Marketing Intern or Lead, you will support our team in a variety of tasks, including content creation, social media management, market research, and more. This position is designed for someone eager to learn and gain experience in marketing, with the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your availability. The candidate can expect to work around 2 hours a day, but the schedule is flexible to accommodate your school or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms
• Help develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Support email marketing efforts and track open rates, click through rates, and opt outs
• Conduct market research and gather insights on current trends
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and promotional content
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth
• Help with event coordination and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Completion of upper-level graduate courses in marketing is preferred
• Strong math skills with the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics
• Previous proven sales or marketing experience
• Creative with an interest in digital marketing
• Familiar with social media and email marketing tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivated
• Strong cultural fit with our team and values
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals
