Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying theft or suspicious behavior.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are preferred.
- Proven experience in security roles or related fields is an advantage.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
