We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join our team! You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes, vacation rentals and commercial properties
• Cleanings are standards, deep cleans, move in/out cleans
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Sterilize your tools and equipment for each clean
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment and maintain clean vacuum filters and mop heads.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or hospitality.
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• High School diploma
• Transportation & working cell phone to use cleaning app for each assignment
• Must provide cleaning supplies to include a vacuum and mop (not a swiffer jet)

This is a 1099 subcontracting position. Pay is salary. Each job pays different. You can make from $25-$30 an hour. Short days, no long hours. Flexible schedules.

Must be hardworking and respectful. Show up on time and perform each task.
