What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate production machines with precision
Monitor operations, quality, and output to meet daily goals
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Work closely with team leads to optimize efficiency and safety
Keep detailed records and follow strict quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience.
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
