Apartment Leasing Consultants Wanted

Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and conduct property tours.
• Handle walk-ins, online leads, and other sales opportunities promptly.
• File leases, work orders, and other documents.
• Address and resolve residents’ needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Computer-savvy; knowledge of relevant software is a plus.
• Experience in residential property management as a leasing consultant.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Professional attitude, flexibility, and presentation.
