Need strong proficiencies in

• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall installation and repair
• Light carpentry (trim and baseboards), etc
• Light plumbing (faucets and toilets)
• light electrical (outlet replacement, light fixture installation)

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, and with the direction of the manager
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation
• Must sign authorization for background check
• Must have a valid Ohio drivers license
