Collection Specialist

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $49,900 – $56,100 per year
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-service B2B collections

• Research and resolve account discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of B2B collections experience

• Strong Excel, research, and communication skills

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up ability

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent industry experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
