Part Time Aesthetic Treatment and Marketing Coordinator

RM Modern Aesthetics is a physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice specializing in core and pelvic floor strengthening, body contouring, and functional wellness. We feature cutting-edge BTL devices such as the EMSCULPT NEO and EMSELLA, and we offer comprehensive medical weight loss therapy. We're expanding—and that’s where you come in.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee treatments with the Emsculpt Neo and Emsella (Full training provided)
• Be comfortable applying BTL applicators professionally and carefully on different areas of the body
• Take clear before and after photos on an iPad to track treatment results
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the Point of Sales/EMR system (Aesthetic Record - Full training provided)
• Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for all patients
• Greet patients with enthusiasm and professionalism while providing exceptional customer service
• Proactively solicit patients for treatments and schedule appointments
• Process all monetary transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale system
• Answer the phone professionally and knowledgeably to obtain appropriate information and address the customers’ needs
• Communicate and inform co-workers of any pertinent information throughout the shift and at shift close
• Position yourself as a subject matter expert in BTL technologies by mastering treatment protocols and effectively translating that knowledge into client education and service sales (Training provided)
• Maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services
• Follow up with previous patients and secure future bookings
• Maintain facility - Help keep office, reception desk, kitchen, and surrounding areas in an inviting and clean appearance

Additional Responsibilities:

• Attend special events, pop-ups, or sponsored activations as needed to represent the brand, promote services, and book on-site appointments. Bonus if you can identify and recommend local event opportunities for brand exposure
• Proficient in managing social media platforms by creating and posting relevant content, including recording and sharing live client testimonials to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Increase word-of-mouth locally by building relationships with neighboring businesses
• Assist as needed with storing equipment, product displays, and preparing for special events
• Recommend ideas for new marketing collateral to improve the in-office experience

Qualifications/Skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Social media savvy —skills in Canva, content creation, and photography are key to helping grow our brand presence
• Passion for Aesthetics, Health and Wellness
• Excellent level of attention to detail and communication skills
• Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment

This part-time role offers an hourly pay rate of $20–$25, based on experience, for up to 25 hours per week. It is a non-exempt position and includes eligibility for a sales incentive bonus. “Sell more, make more!”
