As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Water / Mold Technician to join our team in the LAKE CITY area.

Key Qualifications:

• Team-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in technology, including computers and mobile devices.
• Detail-oriented and communicative, with excellent time management skills.
• Current IICRC certifications, especially in WRT, are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Advanced Drying Systems professionally at all times.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned emergency response cases.
• Document and define the scope of work for each assignment.
• Supervise the upkeep of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain strong communication with management and customers.
• This is a full-time role requiring 24/7 availability and participation in on-call rotations.
• Complete assigned tasks successfully and obtain necessary certificates of completion.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel as needed.
• Follow established safety practices, including proper use of PPE when necessary.

Education, Training, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).

Licenses and Certificates:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and successful completion of a background check.

Performance Standards for This Position:

• Document all workflows and processes daily.
• Comply with state laws and IICRC regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict safety standards and regulations.
• Exhibit courteous and professional behavior towards customers.
• Wear the company uniform at all times while representing Advanced Drying Systems.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
