What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Prepping vacant units for new residents – minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting
✅ Installing appliances and making sure everything works smoothly
✅ Maintaining the property’s exterior – keep things clean, safe, and welcoming
✅ Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team
✅ Troubleshooting maintenance issues as they come up
✅ Helping with day-to-day tasks to keep everything running smoothly
