Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic assistant to support the daily operations of our massage and physical therapy school. In this varied role, you will contribute to a welcoming environment for students and clients, assist with facility and hospitality tasks, and help share our school’s story online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content for the school’s social media channels (e.g., event updates, wellness tips, student achievements).

• Prepare, launder, and iron massage sheets and linens to ensure a professional and hygienic environment.

• Deliver treat bags, wellness items, or supplies to clients and students within the building.

• Support staff and students with a range of daily operational needs—this may include light office work, classroom set-up, and general facility tidying.

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to students, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude.

• Able to perform light physical work (such as laundry and deliveries).

• Comfortable with basic office tasks and familiar with social media platforms.

• Willingness to assist with a variety of duties as needed.
