Position Overview:
As a Custodial Services Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you a key part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 25 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
