Job Summary:
We’re hiring motivated Field Operations Technicians for a short-term, high-tech infrastructure project in Buffalo. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to complete a paid, 5-hour online certification before day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge data collection that supports critical construction and engineering planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk and/or push specialized equipment across a designated area in a grid pattern.

• Place wireless transmitters in specific locations as instructed.

• Assist in lowering lightweight instruments into manholes (no entry required).

• Handle, move, and maintain equipment during field work and prep for transport to other sites.

• Follow all safety protocols and work in accordance with professional codes of conduct.

• Confirm completion of assigned grid areas as directed.

Requirements:

• Must complete a 5-hour online certification before arriving onsite (paid time).

• Comfortable working outdoors performing physical tasks.

• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow clear instructions.

• Able to work professionally on an active job site with other teams present.
