Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain process instructions and specifications for CLC partner locations
Conduct process compliance audits and provide detailed reports to management
Provide technical support for anomalies identified in the field
Deliver and oversee process training programs for retread partners
Support and enhance traceability systems for retread products
Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure partner operations align with Continental’s quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or quality roles
Prior experience in the tire industry or retreading processes is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of manufacturing audits, compliance, and quality systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and training delivery skills
Willingness to travel as needed to partner locations
