Sanitation Technician

Cleaning Protocols & Scheduling

• Can you explain the difference between daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines?
• What types of tasks have you performed under each cleaning schedule?
• How do you stay organized and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time?
• Have you ever worked with a sanitation checklist or log?

Equipment Cleaning & Sanitization

• What’s your experience cleaning production equipment—specifically pipes, valves, tanks, or filling lines?
• Walk me through how you would disassemble and sanitize machinery parts.
• How do you verify that equipment is fully sanitized and ready for use?
• Can you describe the steps you take to prevent cross-contamination?

Documentation & Issue Reporting

• How do you document cleaning tasks or sanitation-related issues?
• Have you used digital logs or written reports? Which system did you prefer?
• Can you give an example of a sanitation-related issue you caught and reported?
• How do you ensure accurate and timely documentation in a fast-paced production environment?

Batch Mixing Experience

• How many hours per day did you spend mixing batches?
• Walk me through your process for mixing a batch.

Sanitation and Quality Control

• Walk me through the way you ensured items were properly sealed.

Communication & Teamwork
