We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a case manager/paralegal position at our law firm in the pre-litigation property damage department. The candidate we are seeking for this position should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Case management: Organizing and maintaining detailed case files including, police reports, property damage estimates, witness statements, and other relevant documentation.
• Client interaction: Communicating with clients regarding their case progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Investigating: Conducting research on cases.
• Insurance company communication: Interacting with insurance adjusters to assist client with property damage.

Requirements

• Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Required: Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: 1-7+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
• Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
• Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
• Has own transportation
• Able to meet deadlines
